The Comeback
I retired from chiropractic after many successful years in the rapidly growing mountain town of Black Mountain, NC. Then a friend — a fellow chiropractor recovering from surgery — asked me to fill in for a few weeks.
That was all it took. I remembered why I fell in love with this work in the first place. The ability to help people heal, to use applied kinesiology to find what their body truly needs — it reignited something I thought I'd put behind me.
Now I'm back — two days a week — at Earth Heart health food store, 4573 US 221 N, Marion, NC 28752.
A Family Legacy
Chiropractic runs deep in the Greenspan family. I bought my father's practice, and both my brother and sister are chiropractors too. This isn't just a profession — it's a calling that runs through our family.

Applied Kinesiology
A diagnostic system that uses manual muscle testing to evaluate body function. By identifying imbalances in your structural, chemical, and emotional health, we develop a personalized treatment plan.
Extremity Adjustments
Not just the spine — I work on shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, and ankles. I was trained by Dr. Kevin Herron, DC, CCSP at Life College of Chiropractic, a pioneer in extremity adjusting.
Full Spine Chiropractic Care
I utilize a variety of adjusting techniques — you pick what works best for you. For those wanting very light force, I offer Activator and ArthroStim adjustments. Prefer a more hands-on approach? I also use Thompson Drop Table techniques and traditional manual adjustments.

From babies to seniors, Dr. Greenspan works with patients at every stage of life. Chiropractic care isn't just for adults with back pain — children, athletes, and older adults all benefit from proper alignment and nervous system function. Gentle, age-appropriate techniques for everyone.
